The Queen Elizabeth II (QEII) Centre is the largest dedicated conference, events and exhibition space in central London. Located in Westminster, less than five minutes walk from Big Ben and the Thames, directly opposite Westminster Abbey and a two-minute walk from the Royal Parks.
The venue was opened by HM the Queen in 1986 and has celebrated 30 years at the heart of London’s event industry.
The Centre is served by outstanding transport links providing easy access to everything the city has to offer, from world class restaurants and nightlife to shopping and culture and is within an hour’s transfer from five International Airports.
The closest tube station to the QEII Centre is St. James’s Park (Circle & District Line) and the nearest step-free station is Westminster (Jubilee, Circle & District Line).
From St. James’s Park station, leave the station and walk about 50 metres north-east on Broadway. Turn right to stay on Broadway and continue onto Tothill Street for about 2 minutes. Turn left onto Storey’s Gate for another 50 metres and turn right. QEII Centre will be on your left and you will find the entrance.
From Westminster station, take Exit 6 – Whitehall (west), walk west on Great George St until Parliament Square. Follow left along Parliament Square Garden onto Broad Sanctuary A302. Turn right onto Little Sanctuary and you will find the entrance to QEII Centre.

Disabled passengers arriving by taxis or alternative vehicles may disembark on the forecourt. There is a ramp from the forecourt which leads to the QEII Centre’s main entrance and is wide enough for easy wheelchair access. In addition to this, a DDA compliant registration point is also available to wheelchair delegates.
Kindly note that the Virgin Money London Marathon 2018 will be happening on Sunday 22 April 2018 hence, there will be road closures happening as well as likely congestion on the tube. We recommend that delegates allow extra time for travelling to get to the Congress. On arrival at the QEII (on Sunday only), please make your way to the West entrance to the QEII. Please see maps from St James's Park tube and Westminster tube highlighting the West entrance to the QEII. We will have signage and people outside the QEII on Sunday to direct you to the right entrance.
